Tasting Notes
Appearance : Clear, water white colour
Nose : Strong, earthy forest floor notes complimented with hints of sage, thyme and other herbs
Palate : Dry with a smooth texture and medium flavour intensity. The subtle, earthy truffle flavours are perfectly balanced by sage, thyme and basil.
Finish : Medium complex finish.
