Emily’s Garden Gin is a contemporary, herb-forward gin inspired by the gardens and grounds of the Waikino Hotel.
With the exception of juniper, every botanical is grown or foraged on-site — distilled fresh to capture the brightness of the season. Garden herbs, kaffir lime, horopito and rimu fronds come together to create a gin that is aromatic, refreshing, and unmistakably tied to place.
The result is a clean, herbaceous spirit with lifted citrus notes, subtle warmth, and a gentle earthiness — perfect for those who enjoy a fresh, modern take on classic gin.
Emily’s name comes from local Waikino folklore, where stories of the past are woven into the character of the place. Like the garden itself, the gin reflects layers of history, care, and quiet attention.
Independently Benchmarked
