A contemporary style gin, Eliza’s Claim Gold Gin combines 13 botanicals and an abundance of love, resulting in a complex, flavoursome gin with a long finish. Gold Flakes add a hint of decadence.
What the judges said: - This gin presents an intriguing aroma of cinnamon, juniper, and olive, complemented by lemon leaf. On the palate, it showcases a strong sweet cinnamon flavor with minimal juniper, alongside spicy hot chamomile and grassy notes. The finish is slightly bitter yet dusty, featuring pleasant light heat from spices, sweet hay, and a hint of vanilla, with a touch of dry lemongrass.
